Open Swimming Sessions
We are open to the public and provide 4 swim spas to suit various abilities. We are open 7 days a week and in the future, will look to open further hours as demand requires. You can book the swim spas for 30, 45 and 60 mins. You are required to sign a disclaimer every time you use the facilities. This disclaimer is that you use the facilities at your own risk.
We have a shower and changing facility on site and encourage you to use these before and after. Please note you need to bring your own robe, suitable non slip shows ie flip flops to use outside the pool and towel. We also recommend you bring your own shampoos and soaps for the shower.
What to expect when you arrive?
If you haven’t been before, please arrive at least 20 mins before your session. You enter the property through Unit 8 the hot tub showroom. Please report to the office to sign in. If you haven’t been to the centre before, you will be shown the facilities and how the swim spa works. It is very easy to use and you can easily adjust the speed of the water to suit your needs. We have a private shower, toilet and changing area to use. Please bring your own robe, towel and suitable footwear. Walking across the showroom, you need to wear your robe, bathers and suitable footwear ie flip flops. Your allotted time will start from when you book the session. Please ensure you are in the water by then. There are 30 mins between bookings. So please ensure when you have finished, you have given the next person sufficient time to get changed to start on time.

Terms and Conditions
- No Children under 16 unless strictly supervised
- The swim spa centre is open to the public and operates as a showroom
- Clients need to bring suitable footwear, towel and robe and wear these when walking through the showroom strictly.
- If you exceed your swimming time, you will be charge extra at £3.00 a minute for every minute over your agreed session time.
- Clients are required to sign in at reception every time they arrive
- We do not permit people watching, unless agreed in advance
- Use of Cameras is ok, as long as the person in the picture/video has given consent.
- All sessions to be pre-booked but can be block booked by Annual Pass holders only
- Annual Pass use is based on 1 session per day max booking per pass holder
- If you do not show to 3 sessions in a row we will open up your slots
- No subletting unless you are a coach and pre-agreed terms of business with us
- Sessions are paid at time of booking
- We reserve the right to alter or amend these terms at any time.
- Changing Facilities to be left clean and tidy before and after use
- Annual Membership can be suspended by agreement due to injury or ill health.
- Please do not use the facilities if you are un-well or suffering from stomach upset or diarrhea
